Forgiveness is paramount.; If we do not forgive, we become hateful and bitter, and our anger lasts and lasts.  The Reign of God is like that of a ruler who  forgives a servant a huge debt without even thinking, but if that servant does not show forgiveness to others, then holds the servant accountable.  We always  answer to God.  If we want God’s forgiveness, then we must forgive others as well.
