Newsletter June 18th 2017 (Feast of Corpus Christi)

The Israelites in the desert are given the fine white flakes of manna on the ground to eat and water from a rock to drink so that they will no0t die. In a similar way, Jesus gives us his own flesh to eat and his blood to drink so that we will not die. Our unity as one is symbolised by the one loaf.
