Zechariah the Prophet speaks of a meek saviour coming to proclaim peace, without the aid of any weapons of war. Jesus is that gentle Savour who confuses the sophisticated and delights the children. The yoke of Jesus is bearable to those who learn from him humble heart – those who live by the Spirit. Even pain is easier to bear when we know the ways of Jesus.
