REFLECTION

Joseph was troubled because his wife–to–be was pregnant. He went to sleep thinking that he might not marry her, when a dream assured him that Mary’s pregnancy was from the Holy spirit and that her son would be the Saviour. He went to sleep upset, but because of his dream, he awoke resolved and committed. The son of the woman he loved would be the Chosen One Joseph had learned about from studying the prophets.
